This new house comprises two
separate 2 bedroom apartments which share a communal swimming pool. The
location is on the edge of the beautiful countryside surrounding the typical
Andalucian village of Torrox, and yet is only 15 minutes walk from the main
square. The house is surrounded by almost 2 acres of olive trees and gardens, and
its shaded terraces face south, with fabulous views of the surrounding
mountains and down to the sea.

The upper apartment comprises spacious living area with
comfortable seating, open fireplace and TV, dining kitchen with breakfast bar,
leading to a sunny terrace with fabulous views and a canopy for optional shade.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge
freezer and a barbecue.

There are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both
with fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers. The living room has a sofa bed,
which is suitable for 2 children or 1 adult. The bathroom contains bath, shower
and a washing machine.

The lower apartment has a similar configuration, with
a slightly larger living area / dining kitchen, again fully equipped, and
including a double sofa bed and TV. The terrace is partly shaded and overlooks
the pool and the sea beyond.

Accommodation is provided in a double bedroom and
twin bedroom, again both with fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers. There is
a shower room, again with washing machine.

The accommodation can be let as two separate units,
sharing only the pool, or alternatively makes an ideal base for 2 families who
prefer a little privacy at times. The property is fully equipped for 2
families, with linen provided (please bring your own beach towels).
The tree-lined main square of Torrox contains a
number of bars and restaurants, together with a range of shops and banks.
The coast, at Torrox Costa, with lovely beaches and
beautiful promenade is some 5 minutes drive from the village.
Terms
Each property is available throughout the year from
£270 per week, with discounts for lets of more than 3 weeks.
A deposit of 30% is payable upon Booking, the balance
(plus refundable Security Deposit of £50) payable one month before arrival
date.
